In May 2010, our agency hosted a lunch and learn event to overview the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Tax Credit Reconciliation Act of 2010. In reviewing a brief history of health care and the roots of managed care in America, we were able to give a picture of where we came from and some indications of where we may be headed.
